Music and writing, writing and music. They go together well. There are writers who even list the music they listened to while writing their opuses.
ColdPlay's Viva la Vida i very evocotive. Here is their song, "The Cemeteries of London", which I particularly like for the line, "There are ghost towns in the ocean." Of course there are. I don't know why I didn't realise that sooner. So many ships go down, so many lives lost at sea, there has to be ghosts, and they may as well form towns.
